How long will it take?
Approximately two weeks. If you are in a hurry we can make arrangements for a rush order at an additional fee.
who pays for shipping?
The only shipping charge you are responsible for is getting your object to our studio via courier or Canada Post. We pay for the return shipping. If your object is oversized, or if we are shipping out of the country, additional fees may apply. Please contact us to get an estimate of additional shipping costs for your heirloom.
What are your prices?
Pricing is according to size. See our price list here. Special orders, including having your photograph framed before delivery, is available. Request a quote here.
isn’t sending an heirloom risky?
Our studio is available to accept your delivery 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Modern tracking technology and signature requirements leave little room for trouble. Still, packages should be packed using several layers of padding and professional-grade protection. Sender assumes all risk for the shipping process.

what protections do you offer?
While in our care, we take every precaution to treat your object professionally. Commissioning a photo means you understand this and will not hold Heirloom Fine Art Photography liable for damages in shipping or while your object is in our care.
