We have a secure, insured studio, complete with an alarm system to give our clients peace of mind that their heirloom object is always in a secure environment. The studio is located in Carlisle, Ontario just north of Hamilton, Ontario.

 

Contact

First, contact us by phone or email and let us know your vision for your heirloom object. Having the inside story regarding your object helps us to understand its importance and helps us create the perfect photographic image.


ship to us

Ship the item to us using an insured courier or the insured option of Canada Post. (If you are shipping from outside Canada, contact us first to discuss the best method.) Be sure your package is trackable. We are available to receive your item 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This is where the white glove service begins. Your object will be carefully unpacked, and at this time we may contact you for additional questions regarding your vision for the photograph.


photo shoot & approval

On the day of your object’s photoshoot, we will email you a proof photo for you to approve. We then print a photograph according to your specifications.

Payment is due at this time. Your print will be shipped within 7 days of receiving payment.

After your approval, your item will be carefully repacked and returned to you using either an insured courier or insured Canada Post with a waybill number—your object is returned the same way it was sent. The cost of return shipping is included in the price quoted for your project.


timing

Our turnaround time is approximately two weeks. During holiday times the turnaround may be closer to three weeks depending on how busy the studio becomes. Rush orders can also be placed for an additional fee.
